OK I just posted asking for holiday music suggestions that were not the typical holiday sound. God and corporate america heard my cry because I was just gifted with this. Its a little early but I set up the Christmas tree. Don't ask questions. I just wanted to make sure it was up by next week so my favorite holiday would feel festive. Plus it made me really happy on a day that wasn't so. So on the theme of Christmas/holiday spirit here is a song that fits the mood with out the words jingle bells. My new hunt is for songs that represent the holidays without being obviously holiday. Please share your favorites and maybe in a few weeks I will share my playlist....

100 day.

When I was in lower school we had 100 day when we celebrated the 100th day of school. Each student brought in a collection with 100 of something. I brought in stickers almost every year (avid collector, chea) and one time I brought in fortunes from all the delicious fortune cookies I had every devoured. Those were grand times.

Relevancy....this is my 100th post! I don't make too much of a fuss over holidays on here, but this truly calls for celebration. Updated mix tapes with my current favorites for all to enjoy. These are grand times too.

I like this. However, I will say the high alien sounding note becomes a little piercing during the song's lyrical breaks. For that reason, it is probably not a good song to listen to with headphones...ouch.
